- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Nothing but poor customer service. If your product you buy is faulty please be aware you will have to argue your way to a refund even though the Consumer Act 2015 stipulates that we are allowed a refund up to 30 days. We got our refund thankfully, but not without the company applying barriers and causing unnecessary upset. They were more bothered about their rights and if the manufacturer would give them a refund. Think the manufacturer must have delivered better customer service.By Admin, September 16, 2020
